When studying the basic kinesiology methods step by step, students find it very exciting and fun to learn and practice kinesiology. The students will have plenty of time to listen and observe demonstrations in class, and then practice all techniques on their classmates and friends, before they feel ready to apply professional kinesiology balancing protocols on volunteers outside the classroom, and later on clients.

The ICPKP professional kinesiology training is focused on the principles of energy balancing for achieving wellness. Elements of Learning: The basic Chinese 5-Element principles for energy balancing, circuit locating and challenging techniques; 8 indicator muscles for 8 meridians (the 2 energy reservoir meridians and the 6 yin meridians).

Practice: energy balancing techniques – sound and colour balance, emotional and vertebral balancing techniques; balancing with food, the eight muscle energy balance.

Elements of Learning: philosophy, principles and history of Kinesiology; Chinese acupuncture meridians and their related organ systems, 6 indicator muscles for the 6 yang meridians; More and Priority finger modes, body movements in anatomical terms

Practice: fix-as-you-go 14 muscle balance, surrogate balance, create a simple record of a client balance.

Elements of Learning: The 5-Element principles and 5-Element emotions for energy balancing, alarm points, Luo points, acupressure holding points; additional 12 indicator muscles; recognise the muscles’ action in sport and exercise.

Practice: 5-Element one-point goal balance.

Elements of Learning: effective listening skills to establish client rapport, finger modes, Professional Kinesiology Practioners’ database concept, simplified PKP protocol, age recession.
