PaidaLajin successfully combines the two

·   PaidaLajin is an ancient self-rejuvenating practice used for centuries for self-healing and better strength on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

 The PaidaLajin Method

PaidaLajin is a Chinese self-healing method to restore health by facilitating smooth Qi flow in the body’s meridian system by drawing out and expeling poisonous waste in the body.

Paida (slapping)To pat and slap external skin areas to expel poisonous waste (in the form of Sha) and to restore health by facilitating the smooth flow of Qi throughout the meridians (energy channels in the body).

Lajin (stretching):  To stretch and to restore functions of the Jin (tendons) where Jin-Suo (contraction of tendons) has occurred, so as to restore health and prevent aging. It is a simple way of proactive health management. When carried out properly, it can enhance overall health and promote longevity by improving Qi and blood circulation, and clearing vital energy channels of the body. This in turn improves various conditions, acute or chronic, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, gynecological and prostate disorders, dislocations as well as pains caused by Jin-Suo. If you don't have a stretching bench yet, you can use chairs shown in the picture. Standing stretching using the door will heal shoulder problems while eliminating pain.

Where to paida in case of specific emergency

If you or your friends experience issues such as chest tightness, nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizziness, heat stroke, motion sickness, altitude sickness, abnormal sweating, face turning pale, overreaction, etc. you should seek immediately professional medical assistance.
