This retreat aims to relax, restore and reconnect you, allowing new passions, fresh energy and joy to blossom in your life.

You can choose to take part in all activities you like and you can rest any time you wish.

Day 1 – Tuesday

9.00 – 11.00 Arriving, resting & light breakfast

11:00 – 12:00 Opening ceremony

12.00 – 13:00 “Ease up & be yourself” - Part 1 teaching & sharing

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch *

14.00 – 16.00 Silence retreat time to contemplate – read, play, sleep

16.00 – 18.00 Quilting

18.00 – 19.00 River Walk

19.00 – 20:00 Dinner *

20:00 – 21.00 Japanese massage – Part 1 learn & swap

21:00 – 21:30 Sharing and meditation

21.30 Rest

Day 2 - Wednesday

6.00 – 7.00 River walk,

7.00 – 8.00 Yoga stretching, Qigong, guided meditation

8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast *

9:00 – 10:00 Paidalajin self-healing

10:00 – 11:00 “Ease up & be yourself” teaching & sharing - Part 2

11:00 – 13:00 Quilting

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch *
