Yoga classes: 

These classes are suitable for complete beginners.

Late afternoon class

• • Monday 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Fees

·         R350 per month for one yoga class per week 

The monthly fee is to be paid cash or eft in the beginning of every month. Bank details will be sent upon enquiry.

Preparation

Bring your own Yoga mat and dress with comfortable cloths. We have Yoga mats for sale if you don’t have any.

Drink plenty of water but be sure that you haven’t eaten at least 2 hours before the class.

Never did yoga before? Then these  classes are the right classes for you.

• • classes are gentle and interactive

  • small groups (maximum 8 students)

  • initial warming of the body and gentle breathing exercises to improve the energy flow in the body

  • gentle stretch, relaxation, meditation

  • emphases on every element of the poses (asanas) - body position, breathing, gazing and more

What to expect:

• • Significant improvement of flexibility and body strength

  • More energy, healing and zest for life

  • More focused, calm and happy

  • Students are encouraged to do a minimum of 15 min daily practice at home between the classes

If you are new to yoga, you are most welcome to attend one class only and see if you will like it before committing to more.

New yoga students who join the class in the middle of the month can pay R100 per class during their first month
