• Learn, give and receive two 1h Transforming Hawaiian Massages daily, concentrating on the back of the body, head, face and feet.

• Explore the power of intention, energy and intuition.

• Practice many kinesiology techniques for energy balancing and integration.

• Meditate daily, dance and play with collage. Learn to listen and trust your inner guidance.

• Leave feeling light, rejuvenated and excited to use these powerful self-care tools.

Level 2  MANA  "I am Confident"

• Open yourself to heart and your own inner wisdom. Enjoy daily relaxation, dance, play, nature and loving touch.

• Learn, give and receive two 1h transforming Hawaiian massages daily, concentrating on the front of the body, head, face and feet.

• Explore topics such as Communication, Inner Child and Self Esteem.

• Experience the power of thought, love, appreciation, gratitude and self-assertion.

• Leave with wonderful healing tools to help you feel more confident, open and loving.
